Natural ways for teeth whitening

Smiles are all so pretty, but a smile which showcases yellow, tartar accumulated teeth is such a put off. It’s definitely our duty to take care of the natural boon to the human existence, smile. Here are some natural ways to regain the whiteness of your teeth…

Coconut Oil Pulling: Put 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth and push and pull the oil through your teeth. Coconut oil is solid at room temperature, so you may need to wait a few seconds for it to melt. Continue the oil pulling for a full 15–20 minutes. This is the best way to remove plaque from your teeth naturally.

Baking Soda and Lime Juice: Mix baking soda with lemon juice and apply it on your teeth using a gentle toothbrush. Leave it on your teeth for about 2-3 minutes and rinse your mouth with cold water.

Banana Peel: Cut the banana peel into small pieces. Take a piece and rub the insides of it on your teeth properly. Continue rubbing the peel on your teeth for 2 minutes, and rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Orange Oil: This one is the simplest way for whitening of your teeth, all you have to do is put some orange oil on your toothbrush before putting toothpaste on it. Brush your teeth as usual, that’s all.

Activated charcoal powder: Wet your toothbrush and dip it in powdered charcoal, then brush your teeth in circular motion for 2 minutes. After you’re done just rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

Salt and lemon: Mix salt and lemon juice properly and brush it on your teeth using a tooth brush, continue doing so for 2 minutes and rinse your mouth with water.

Turmeric: Sprinkle some turmeric powder on your toothbrush and brush your teeth for 2 minutes as usual, leave the turmeric on your teeth for 2-3 minutes, and brush your teeth with regular toothpaste after that.
