We acknowledge VISA, MASTER, RuPay, Maestro and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India and we acknowledge Debit cards of all banks issued in India.
With aquawhite, the user can safely do the hassle-free online transactions. We make sure that every online transaction is verified by SSL (secure socket layer) technology. The SSL encrypts the card (credit/debit) and important data during the whole transaction process. This encryption provides a safe, secure & user-friendly shopping experience.
All Credit card and Debit card amount on aquawhite are handled through secure and trustworthy payment portals overseen by top Indian banks and best payment gateway service providers.
Aquawhite doesn’t store Credit or Debit card numbers, CVV or Security Code, the Pin number for 3D Secure, Expiry date on any of its servers. It only collects data temporarily in one session while making a transaction. The data sought may anyway be put away by Risk Management or Fraud Management Systems of banks and online payment portals with the power to do as such. Risk Management/Fraud Management Systems are utilized for guaranteeing that payment card frauds are kept to least and all vital data with respect to credit cards is secured for us, user and the payment card industry.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
In case of cash on delivery, you will have to pay the amount to the courier/delivery person while receiving the order. COD charges INR 60 (Inclusive of all taxes) will be applicable for all orders irrespective of the order value.
Refund of Payment
If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has not been delivered, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
If the amount getting debited from your account and transaction was unsuccessful, you will automatically get the refund for the entire amount as a credit to the relevant credit /debit card and Internet banking account used for the transaction.

The refund will be processed back to your original mode of payment within 7 to 12 days of initiating refund requests. Payments made through Cash on Delivery will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the Bank Details from you.
In case of a refund for payments made via COD, the additional COD charges of Rs. 60 is non-refundable.
As of now, we do not have the option to make payment via Paytm, Phonepe or Google pay instead of cash to the courier/delivery boy. The additional COD charges of Rs. 65 is still applicable in case if the order was originally placed as COD & later paid via any of the above-mentioned payment methods.
Refunds pertaining to product(s) which have been returned will be refunded, once the product is received at our facility and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end.
After 7 days of delivery, the return request cannot be claimed/accepted.
