Job Responsibilities:

  • Should be able to evaluate and appoint new distributors at lightning speed.
  • Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment.
  • Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
  • Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales.
  • Handling objections and resolving customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through regular visits.
  • Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
  • Grow the market share.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Monitoring and implementing successfully promotional activities from time to time.
  • Monitor and report competitor activity.

Skills Requirements:

  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-Motivated, Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude.
  • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
  • Expert in time management.
  • Organized work ethic.
  • Proven track record in Regional/ local modern trade/ Stand Alone stores handling, through distributors.
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives

Qualifications:

  • Min- Regular Graduated in any Field
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Sales field.
  • Knowledge of E-mails, MS Office.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi and local language of the area.
